'Train the Trainer' Workshops for Teachers
'Train the Trainer' Workshops for Teachers
Dynam Creativity’s ‘Train the Trainer Workshops’ stoke creative thinking amongst the teaching fraternity.
Inspired, motivated and creative teachers in turn shape thousands of young minds to think differently at an early stage and be the difference the world requires in virtually any industry.
The role of fantasy, day dreaming, intuition and the importance of cultivating hobbies whether music, dance, drama, art, sculpture, painting, poetry, or a sport is highlighted in this module, which is purposefully kept simple, easy-to-understand and hence practically applicable.
Our workshops freely draw upon experiences from children who are not structured and have pristine minds that spontaneously provide creative solutions to difficult problems.
'Train the Trainer' Workshops for Teachers
Our participating teachers are trained to focus on delivering WOW moments to children – a proven way to activate necessary neurons to get them interested, absorbed, energised and therefore become more creative.
All creativity workshops have a common structure but are customized to the specific group in attendance and a delivered as 1 day primer programmes or 2 day advanced programmes. Programs can be delivered in English + Hindi and the local language of the state as necessary and will be adapted based on the audience.
Myriad teachers in urban and rural schools have benefitted from our Train the Trainer workshops and their glowing tributes are a testament to the outstanding work of the Dynam Creativity team.
'Train the Trainer' Workshops for Teachers
Our workshops aim to surface qualities inherent in every participant by a holistic approach using techniques that aim at a fusion of Left and Right Brain abilities. The importance of teamwork is stressed through emphasis on the fact that no two brains are the same.
Trainees are exposed to simple creations of children to understand the process of creativity from the stage of observation, insight, preparation, incubation, illumination and verification to practical application.
The approach aims at getting them to work closely with people at various levels in an organisation to provide the state of mind to put creativity to work at their jobs. The importance of adding, borrowing, combining and deleting various inputs from different people for arriving at a creative high is stressed.
